Elettronica Group have almost 900 employees, among them 47% are engineers. The company has developed “I-Elt” for new recruits, an induction course of six months created to involve and prepare people right from the start, through a structured process which creates the basis for responsibility to be taken in terms of role and duties, spreading identity and a sense of belonging and stimulating proper and effective conduct right from day one.
