Global Transactions Junior Analyst
Within the Central Transactions team (Milan Head Office), he or she will be responsible for:
• Preparation of investment memorandum presentations for the relevant GRE committees and supervisory boardDefinition and preparation of the weekly Global Investment & Divestment Pipeline, liaising with the GRE Local Transaction Teams, providing regular update of the transactions to the different departments (CEO, CFO, Risk Management)
• Reviewing and improving acquisition business plans, cashflows and related assumptions coming from the GRE local transactions teams, performing multiple-scenario analysis, sensitivities and hold-sell cases
• Revision and critical analysis of due diligences and external valuations/appraisals, market researchs
• Support the analysis related to multi-countries transactions (portfolio deals), ensuring coverage of new markets not yet included in GRE Regions
