Compensation and Benefits – Intern

As Compensation and Benefits Intern you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.

There is no Typical Day in the life of a Compensation and Benefits Intern, anyway you will provide support in the activities of:
- KPIs management to stimulate the achievement of high performances,
- Adaptation of incentive plans: conversion of MBO into a percentage; establishment of stretch plans and adaptation of LTI plans,
- Benchmark and analysis of market salary data, with the aim of aligning with market's practices and remapping the internal population,
- Attention to Wellbeing with the creation of initiatives aimed to help employees to achieve psycho-physical well-being.
