You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Support investment teams by providing appropriate research solutions including internal off-the shelf analysis; third-party research and customized analysis as needed.
• Develop an understanding of macroeconomic and market-level economic and commercial real estate data;
• Provide supporting materials and written content to internal and external publications, including marketing thought collateral for an audience that includes GRE Real Estate & Private Market Investors’ clients, consultants, and investment teams within the organization;
• Identifying specific themes from data, elaborate a thesis/storytelling and present papers/research to top management and/or external clients
• Provide data driven solutions to complex problems;
• Support Analytics Team in data management, with appropriate ETL creation and management;
• Maintain third parties data supplier relationships
