Group Procurement Internship_Regional Hub Analyst

The Regional Hub unit ensures an appropriate level of governance over the countries that are geographically distant from the Head Quarter through the support of Regional coordinators. Referents of the Regional Hub evaluate sourcing opportunities in local countries, assign and monitor saving, keep track of pipelines and results, facilitate Group policy and procedures, support local activities providing specific knowledge and promote communication and networking between the HQ and the local countries.
The intern will be the link between the Group Procurement (based in Milan) and foreign subsidiaries of the Group
She/He will have to support the International Coordination Manager in daily monitoring, reporting and meeting activities:
• Interfacing with managers of the Group (both stakeholders and buyers) to share data and information.
• Organizing periodic meetings which he/she will have to prepare and summarize (teams/emails)
• Creating dashboard presentations for group management (mainly power point)
• Processing and elaborating a large amount of data for presentations and summaries for a further discussion. (e.g. pivot tables)
Location
We offer hybrid work. Milan in preferred but position is available also in Trieste, Mogliano Veneto, Torino, Roma
