Group Academy – Learning Junior Specialist

Group Academy – New Roles Schools team is looking for a junior L&D specialist for a 6-month experience renewable to support the design and delivery of the New Roles Schools Stream, the flagship component of the We LEARN Program, a compound of different learning projects specifically designed to support the Generali Strategy 2024, in charge to Generali Group Academy. The New Roles School stream is a strategic suite of executive mini-masters, addressed to the global workforce of the Generali Group, involving a technical focus, but also including relevant soft and transversal skills, developed by Generali in collaboration with prestigious external providers
The junior L&D specialist will be responsible for supporting the New Roles Schools Team in the design, project management, delivery and monitoring of these cutting-edge training initiatives. The ideal candidate will support the team in the following activities:
• Design, in collaboration with internal experts and with the support of external Partners, complex hybrid training programs, determining their content, teaching methods and overall learning experience, in line with the Company vision and priorities
• Support the hybrid delivery of the training programs, in coordination with external Providers and internal Stakeholders, ensuring high quality in the timely release of the different phases, activities, and deliverables
• Liaise with HR/L&D partners in the Group Business Units and countries for the management of their employees' participation
• Monitor the satisfaction and quality of the training to make the necessary upgrades with continuous improvement approach
• Manage the relationship with course participants for engagement and support purposes.
The job holder will contribute to the above by carrying out the related operational and project management activities, always keeping in mind the team strategy, corporate culture, Generali values and our tone of voice towards our internal clients.
More specifically, the activities include, for example:
• Preparation communications and presentations
• Preparation of projects status updates
• Tracking and monitoring of courses release
• Preparation of reporting or data required for internal stakeholders
• Design of communication plans for the training initiatives (basic level)
• Operational management of external training providers
The successful candidate will be working in a highly engaging but also demanding environment and must be willing to be challenged and enabled to become progressively autonomous in carrying out the assigned tasks as well as to work mostly remotely.
