Group Leadership Training Specialist

Group Leadership Training team is looking for a young talent for 1 year experience to support the design and delivery of learning and development programs for specific targets (CEOs, top executives, Group Talents and Future Owners – Generali young talents) within Generali Group in alignment with Generali 2024 Strategy. The candidate will have a privileged view of leadership training at Group level and will actively contribute to their design, project management and deployment.

The candidate will have a true interest in this subject and ambition in developing and supporting a portfolio of activities, with a particular focus on leadership and talent development.

The ideal candidate will support the team in the following activities:
• Take active part in the brainstorming for the design of the content and format for the programs
• Take active part in the engagement of relevant stakeholders and manage the international network of external partners
• Organize the structure of the training programs and events (e.g., meetings, workshops, virtual events) and manage invitations
• Prepare presentations and documents
• Define the communication plan of the initiatives

The successful candidate will be working in a highly engaging environment and has to be willing to study to get further insight into the subject as well as to work with a very wide international team (mostly remotely).
