Stage – Internal Regulations & Project Management
Within the Group Internal Regulations & Functional Governance area we are looking for a Stage–Internal Regulations & Project Management. The Group Internal Regulations & Functional Governance structure manages and maintains the internal regulations framework of the Generali Group.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Provide support to the Generali Group Companies on the correct management of Group internal regulations, including process and technical assistance on the usage of a dedicated IT tool aimed at monitoring the level of implementation of Group internal regulations across the Group
• Manage complex data analytics exercises using MS Excel and other custom IT tools and support the team in the preparation of internal reports and presentations for the Top Management
• Support the team in the review of Group internal regulations (policies, guidelines, etc.) interacting with all Group Head Office functions
• Communicate and distribute Group internal regulations to all the Generali Group Companies through the maintenance of a dedicated intranet area and the management of the related newsletter
