Group General Legal Affairs Internship

Within the Group General Counsel area we are looking for Group General Legal Affairs Internship. The trainee will be involved in the activities carried out by the Group General Legal Affairs team, that operates (also at Group level) in many different fields and, in particular, in intellectual property, labor, competition, civil and criminal matters.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Legal searches
• Provision of legal opinions
• Drafting of legal documents of any type (contracts, disclaimers, cease and desist letters, etc.)
• Intellectual Property protection and enforcement
• Competition/antitrust matters
